Plant Operations Manager - Albany
The Opportunity:

This is your chance to take on leadership of our newly upgraded Albany Concrete Plant – an exciting role with a wide range of responsibilities, including production, logistics and close liaison with the sales and other teams and is an opportunity for you to really drive results and make a meaningful impact!
You will be responsible for managing plant operations to achieve business objectives and operational targets and maximise growth and profitability. Day to day, you will manage plant operations to ensure concrete is supplied and delivered in accordance with schedules. You will ensure fleet utilisation is maximised, oversee the stock management and COD processes and ensure that the plant operates in full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high-performance leader who fosters teamwork and cooperation, with strengths in analysis and problem solving whilst dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
